I’m Britt, and I’m a mental health therapist. I specialize in working with kids, teens, and their families. I’ve been in the mental health field for over 10 years now and I am passionate about helping people and advocating for mental health awareness. I created this website with the intention of providing quality, accessible mental health information.
I’m a licensed mental health therapist and work full time in a clinic setting. You can expect to get reputable information from this website that is based on my training and experience in the field.
